Refund Policy
Effective Date: 16 August 2025
1. Digital Service; Immediate Delivery
PartnerFinder provides digital content/services delivered immediately upon successful payment. By paying, you request and consent to immediate performance.
2. Cooling-Off
To the extent permitted by ECTA and CPA, once delivery begins, any statutory cooling-off right does not apply to the completed transaction.
3. Refunds
3.1. All sales are final once the premium features are delivered.
3.2. Notwithstanding 3.1, we will consider a refund where:
- (a) you were charged but premium content was not delivered due to a verified technical failure;
- (b) duplicate/accidental multiple charges occurred;
- (c) fraudulent/unauthorised payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
3.3. To request a refund, contact support@partnerfinder.co.za within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference and evidence.
3.4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
4. Technical Issues
If generation fails (e.g., AI image or PDF), we will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver. If re-delivery is not possible within a reasonable time, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
